Oops...n.n

So I got to school today and realized that I didn't post anything yesterday.  I actually have a bit of a reason for that.  On monday night, I was in the Austintown emergency room from 8pm to nearly 1am.  I was told I had a I had some sort of infection, they gave me my prescription, and sent me on my way.  What could have possibly been a 2hr or less process took nearly 6 hours.

I wasn't able to get my pills that night, so Aunt Jan picked them up for me yesterday.  I had to take all four pills at once, but then I'm done.  What they didn't tell me is that the pills weren't coated, so as soon as they hit my tongue, they tasted ten times worse than awful.  Next time you take a pill, chew it instead of just swallowing whole.  If you don't almost throw up, I'll give you mad props.  Not to mention that a swig of water doesn't wash the taste away...if anything it makes it worse.  I had to freaking gargle with root beer in order to get a majority of the taste to go away; and the sad part was, I didn't even get the stupid thing down (my body pretty much said "oh hell no!" and I reflexively spit it out).  So, I had to chew up a marshmallow, put one of the pills in the mush, and swallow it with a gulp of root beer (sounds nasty, but it tasted a hell of a lot better that the pill itself) so I was sure it would go down...my body sometimes doesn't like to swallow things.  Long story short...I eventually got all four pills down (but like the side effects say, when I take a deep breath, I get a metallic taste in my mouth.  And it isn't like blood, this one doesn't taste good.)

Anyway, when my alarm went off yesterday at 5:40, I pulled out my iPod Touch and emailed my Japanese teacher (because I wasn't about to get up and drive to school after only getting 3 hrs of sleep).  I pretty much told her what was going on, that I was in the ER all night, and I was still in a bit of pain (which wasn't a lie).  She was completely okay with it!  She told me to stay home and get some rest because she knows that I commute, and that I can just check the blog for homework.  So I slept in until ten, got up and got my shower, went and got gas and Subway, and made it to school just in time to eat half of my sub and hurry to Archaeology.
This is why I didn't update anything yesterday.  I came to school late, so I was only able to partake in one of my usual breaks--which I used for doing math and looking over Japanese.

I'm going to do a new post for what's going on today, otherwise this will be really freaking long.

This Sucks

So, yesterday during that oh very so much fun fall festival at my Aunt Jean's church I started getting these horrible pains in my lower belly area...it felt like, as I told my sister, Sesshoumaru was tearing my insides out with his poison claws.  But if you aren't a fan of Inuyasha you wouldn't get the reference--it was like an angry cat was clawing at my insides.  It wasn't fun at all--though it was pretty funny when my, now uncle, Michael told me that he didn't put anything into the hot dog he gave me.  Today wasn't much better.  It hurts to walk, move to much, and most importantly, breathe.  So I've pretty much been stuck with this suckish pain all freaking day.  I now get the joy of going to the urgent care center in Austintown after I get out of school.

What makes this whole situation a bit better, is that I will no longer be without anime at Aunt Jan's house.  I happened upon the freaking amazing website that has pretty much any anime you can (or at least I could) think of.  I now have links in a folder of my Safari toolbar that will take me to:  Pokémon (the original series from when I was like seven), Gravitation, DBZ Kai, Ghost Hound, Kiba, Clannad, The Devil May Cry, Aria, D.N.Angel, .Hack//, Death Note, Powerpuff Girls Z, Inuyasha, and Bleach.  My aunt sat and told me that anime was for kids, so I had to explain to her how there are some anime's I have on my list are rated over PG-13.  I don't think she believed me...but who cares.

I also found some other cool stuff on this one site, theotaku.com.  It's pretty much a fan art site, and you can find a bunch of fan comics, art, computer wallpapers, fiction, etc.  I thought it was pretty neat, so I joined the site, and am, at the moment, attempting to sketch out a potential wallpaper to submit to a contest.  It involves Sesshoumaru, and I'm always game when it comes to him n.n

So Yuki Sensei (my Japanese teacher) put up a picture of her one year old daughter on the Japanese blog today, and holy crap she's cute (especially in the kimono she's wearing).  I really do enjoy that class, even though it harder than any other class I'm in.  I mean come on, Yuki Sensei described how toilets work in Japan, and how "shit" isn't a swear word there.  How can you not enjoy that--I suppose heavy duty churchgoers would disagree, and say that it is offensive and stuff like that.  But really?  If you can't just ignore a stupid word, than I don't really know how you make it in today's world.  A girl in my class made a good point:  today's "swear words" are used so freely now, they have almost lost all of their effect...we need to start circulating new ones.

I was shocked out of my mind today.  We actually learned something new in Art History today.  We've moved on to chapter two!  She told us about some different structures from a few countries in the now Middle East, and then told us to go out and try different breads from Germany.  Honestly that woman makes no sense to me at all.  She totally mixes up class topics with tidbits and facts that would be interesting...just not in the middle of a freaking lecture.

Today we are in the lab for math...I don't remember if he said we were having a quiz or not.  It would make sense, It seems like he gives out a quiz for every two sections he covers.  I won't be surprised if he gives a quiz on any day.  I've given up being surprised by certain teachers over the years--they're unpredictability is so predictable that it doesn't really surprise me (does that make sense?  No?  Well too bad).

Anyway I have to pee really bad, so I'm gonna go.  I have to go to class in 20 min, I did this blog a lot later than I usually do.  Oh and I forgot to tell you that I switched it up and had Quizno's for lunch today.    A roast beef sub with BBQ Sauce and cheddar cheese.  It was delicious.  I'll probably get it tomorrow too.

Until then,

Hey, At Least I Tried It.

So, I know this isn't all that groundbreaking, but I thought I'd just let you know that I just wasted some amount of money (how much I'm not exactly sure) on a small cup of a flavored coffee.  I bought a rice krispy thing too, and the total came to $3.78 (I just checked my bank account online), but I don't know how much each thing was.  At least it wasn't much lmao.
Anyway, I did my Art History paragraphs, which aren't even going to be graded...she just wants to see who is coming to class--though she gave enough information today that you didn't need to be there any other day.  Not to mention the fact that she has pretty much said the same thing every day since the class started.  Each day she talks about what she talked about the day before, and then spends like 5 minutes on new stuff.  I have around 8 or 9 pages of notes...that all say practically the same shit.  It's kind of annoying, I almost feel as if I'm wasting my time in the class seeing as we haven't really learned new stuff.  Though she offered us extra credit stuff today--we can get 20 points if we drive 5 hrs to southern Ohio to visit these old mounds.  Maybe I'll ask Tyler if he, Aaron, and maybe even Alex wanna come with.  I doubt it will be all that interesting, but hey, that's 5 hrs to jam to some awesome music.  Which reminds me...I never did get the new The Devil Wears Prada CD from them.

I think I'm going to type another scene for my book now,
じゃね (I doubt that's gonna get old)

WOOO!

Guess who got a job interview!  MEEEE!  It's at InfoCision, where Aunt Jan works.  If I get the job, I will make calls for Verizon Wireless--the best part is that I'm going to be able to say that I have some experience.  So I'm pretty excited about that.

Off of that note, I figured out how to configure my Mac so that I can type in Hiragana...lemme check if it works. あいうえあ sweet!  It totally works!  I'm excited!  So now I'm probably going to find myself randomly typing with Hiragana when I get bored.  Oh well, it's practice.

Yesterday on my way home, I wanted Taco Bell (when don't I want Taco Bell though?), so I decided to go.  The only thing was, I didn't want to sit in Taco Bell munching on my Cheesy Gordita Crunch all by myself so I called Tyler and asked him what he was doing.  He told me that he was playing WoW, and that he would be ready to go when I got there...so we went.

And now today, I'm going to pick him up, and we are gonna meet my aunt and uncle at a restaurant in Austintown.  Just for the funsies as my friend Hannah would say.

I'm going to get a refill, pee, and then come back and do some of my homework.  I'll post more if something groundbreaking happens...so until then

10/10...100%...A...Sweet!

I completely missed math yesterday!  It wasn't really my fault either.  I went to go see my English advisor, and we started talking about how I want to eventually go to Japan, and before I knew it, it was 4:55 (class ends at 5:15).  So instead of jumping right into the quiz (because I missed the day's notes) my teacher told me I could make it up today.  So I did.  I left my house today like 10 minutes early so that I could get to school with time to not only do my Japanese homework, but also go over and teach myself the math section that I missed...that the maker that it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be!  So After Japanese, I hightailed it to the math and science building, where I sat and took my quiz while my teacher taught his class (which I'm excellent at tuning out distractions, so it didn't really matter).  There were two different methods--substitution and elimination--that I could use to get the answers I needed, and either or would do the trick.  So I used both the substitution and elimination...just to make sure the results I got matched.  As it turned out, my work payed off.  He looked at my answers, told me it was excellent, wrote 10/10 on it, and sent me on my way.  That seriously made my thursday.

I'm also pretty happy because I'm going to lunch with, I assume, Ashley and Ryan today...even though I kind of already ate.  It gives me something to do instead of creep on Facebook.  I guess were going to Salsitas--a mexican restaurant.  I'm not all that fond of Mexican food (unless of course you count Taco Bell as being "Mexican", which I don't).  I could freaking eat Taco Bell every day.  I wish I would have went yesterday after school.  It would have been better that the poor quality Chinese food that my aunt picked up on her way home from work.  I went to get gas in North Jackson, because I got out really early (due to the fact I didn't really go to math), and was going to go to Taco Bell before going home, but I thought my aunt would be home, and didn't want her to have cooked something if I wasn't eating.
As it turned out, she didn't, and she called me and brought home really crappy Chinese.  Not don't get me wrong, I can usually eat Chinese food as much as I want...but last night was just sad.  I ate the rice (I love white rice), and that was pretty much it.  I realized when I went to bed though, that I hadn't eaten anything since like 11:00 am (I didn't really factor in the rice).  So I came to the conclusion that I felt shitty because it had been around 12 hours since I had actually eaten something of nutritional value (which happened to be Asian food from the Student Center, which I find iffy).

This is really off topic, but I don't care.  I don't sleep well...ever.  It doesn't matter what I do, I can go to bed at 10 pm, and not end up falling asleep till 11:45-12am.  So I didn't get up and go running today--I favored getting another hour of sleep.  I know that you're probably thinking that you told me so, but I'll tell you this...there is nothing stopping me from getting home, changing my pants, and running around the block once or twice.  Laugh now, but you'll see.

Anyway, I better get off.  I have to pee, plus I have a trek to get to Archaeology (thank the maker that Ryan is picking me up...it means that I don't have to trudge back to the Student Center.  And he'll probably drop me off at the door.  So it's pretty awesome.)  My break from Archaeology to math isn't as long today, even shorter because of my upcoming lunch excursion, but I'll find time between 2x+5y=7 and oniisan to put something up about what went down at Salsitas.

Must Get A Job!

Like I said before, I really need to get a job.  It isn't like I'm not trying, I've applied at umpteen places--nobody needs anyone.  I'm really hoping that I can get a job at Infocision where my Aunt Jan works.  I would get to be a telemarketer...everyone's favorite person lmao!

Anyway, this is my idea.
1.)  Get a job
2.)  Buy a can of coffee
3.)  Drink said can of coffee as fast as possible
4.)  Use can to stash $5-$10 per paycheck (depending on pay)
5.)  Wait until stash reaches around $150 (appx. 9-15 months)
6.)  Go to Artistic Demographics and price script tattoos
7.)  Depending on price, either get tattoo or repeat step 4

I want to get the lyrics "so long and goodnight", from the My Chemical Romance Song 'Helena' tattooed on the right side of my ribcage.  I also want to see what blood spatter would look like around the text...and maybe a small coffin thrown somewhere into the mix?  I dunno quite yet, but I'm pretty freakin' stoked!  I'm gonna go look through different books so I can see what kind of styles of font I have to choose from.

I know a bunch of people are going to tell me that I'm wasting my money, but the way I see it is:  I'm putting $5 or so off to the side.  What's the difference between doing that, accumulating enough, and getting a tattoo...or going to McDonald's two or three times a month?  In my opinion, it's better to go the tattoo option, less fat and calories (not to mention that I detest McDonald's.

On a slightly different note, I'm going to be kicking it into gear to lose more weight.  I want to start running at 5 am before I start getting ready for school.  I know your reaction.  Running?  YOU?  Hahaha, you're so not going to do that!
Oh but I am.  If I didn't take 2 hrs to fall asleep last night, I would have went this morning.  But, when you don't fall asleep till 12:30 am, you really don't want to get up a 5am...5:40 was hard enough as it was.  But yes, running in the morning and a healthier diet.  I want to shed another 10-15 lbs at least.
Which reminds me, that the first thing I need to buy when I get a job is not only a rice steamer, but also a scale.

My Aunt Jan has a scale...but it's old, and doesn't work well anymore.  Plus it isn't digital, and is hard to get a correct reading, because its hart to read tiny ticmarks from 5'7" up.  I'm going to stick with this, because I've been loosing weight by doing nothing but not hitting soda very hard...so adding a healthier diet and some exercise can only improve my results.  Which, once again, gets me pretty stoked.

I really do need to work on my math and Japanese now...seriously though.  I'll put something up tomorrow during my break (thank the maker it isn't as long as today's).  Did you get my little C-3P0 reference there?  No?  I'm just a nerd then.
Ja ne!

Finally!

This has nothing really to do with anything, but Frankie finally posted something on the MCR blog!  Not only that, but now he has twin baby girls to take care of...I really want to see them--I mean if Frankie is adorable in his soon-to-be 30's then these babies will probably be 10 times that...or more!

Anyway, I got the scores of my Japanese test back today...I got 13.5/15 (that's an A-)!  I would have gotten a perfect, but I made a line for the Ki hiragana too long, and she didn't recognize it.

Here's the 46 characters of hiragana that I've fucking memorized!  I'm so proud of myself you don't even know!  I know how to pronounce all of them, as well as recognize what letter groups they belong to...though I still take a couple seconds to recognize them on their own.  But hey, that all comes in time.  I'm sure that there are still people in my class who don't even have them memorized enough to write them all on their own yet.

Now math is a different thing...I got a 50% on my last quiz.  It's kind of depressing, but I refuse to let it get me down.  I just wrote it off as a bad day (plus he drops the two lowest quiz scores, and that one will be one of them).  I'm going to work my ass off to keep my grade in math from slipping below an A-.  I want to be eligible to receive more scholarships next year, so that my parents don't have to pay as much.

Well, I'm either going to start working on math, or sketching out my lyric drawings in my crappy notebook...actually I'm going to touch on a new idea I have in a different post, because this one has become quite lengthy.
